$3500 is not enough maybe for the kit. Great Kit Inline Pro seems to be in your price range.
BUT
Add ECU $500-1000
Add Clutch $400-600
Add Dyno Tune ?????
Add install if your doing it yourself or paying someone. $$$$$
maybe like $500 for other random stuff you might need.

Well, as someone on this forum once said:
"You have speed (power), reliability, expense. But you can only have 2."
One more for ya:
"Speed costs money. How fast you wanna go?"
Read up on the many forums here where pple discuss turbo VS. Supercharger, what advantages and disadvantages of each are, get informed by reading. Become an s2ki.com freak! Read some more! Subscribe to tuner rag, like 'Import Tuner' or 'Turbo', or 'Honda Tuning'.
In F/I (Forced Induction) world, knowledge really is power (Torque, HP, ;-)
The more informed you are, the more comfortable you will be about making an educated decision, not a decision passed onto you by someone else, and that could be biased. Read more, give it at least a good half a year of reading, and then you'll know exactly how motors work, the fuel delivery aspect of it, electronics, gauges, ignition, etc.
May I recommend a book by the Haynes manuals guys, called 'Sport Compact Performance'. It goes into every aspect of an engine, has a lot pics, etc. ISBN 1 56392 506 0
