Default Injectors and pulley before EMS

I am having an AEM EMS series 2 installed soon and dyno tune. I have a Vortech V2 and I'd like to install some 650CC injectors and 9psi pulley before I get to the shop to save some money.

Would it be safe to do these mods without the AEM if I take it easy and stay out of V-tec as much as possible for a day or two?

Pulley yes, injectors I don't think so really. Will drive horrible. I would def do the pulley and just make sure to not go high into boost.

I agree with those above. Install the pulley at home, then avoid full throttle. Injectors are easy to install, but the stock tune won't work with them.

You mentioned you wanted to save some money. Does that mean you are having the shop install EMS,Injectors, & the pulley? If that is the case how about installing everything yourself and getting a base map for the EMS to limp the car to the shop ?
That's what I did with my turbo kit and Jeff Evans. Installing the stuff yourself will save you money and give you better knowledge so if something breaks down the road you'll be better prepared to trouble shot it and fix it yourself.

Thanks for the suggestions.

I will install the pulley at home. The last time I removed the belt, I had to drain the coolant and remove a hose to reach the tension pulley lock nut. It was a pretty big job, so maybe I'll save some money.

I'll just have the shop install the injectors. They are an hour and a half away and they already have the AEM EMS at their shop, so I can't install it first and load a base map.

injectors take 5 mins to install, do those at the dyno shop
the pulley can be installed, but just leave the belt off and drive to the shop w/ no boost
