Inline Pro Oil Filter relocation kit
The large bolt that is supplied with the inline/canton sandwich adapter is to long IMHO. When assembling my motor on the bench I torqued the adapter down and noticed that I could rotate the adapter without much force. Increasing the torque did not stop the adapter from rotating. I removed the bolt and cut off approximately 1/8" and reinstalled, end of problem.
When installing the adapters, did you use oil on the o-rings. 1 of the o-rings in the adapter (there are 2) may have gotten damaged when originally put on and now everytime you try something it still the same. Speaking from experieince, when i originally rec'v my piece directly from CANTON 1 of the o-rings had a slight tear in it due to the dry assembly of the unit when packaged. Just my .02 so i would look there first. The o-rings are the same size as Aftermarket Honda B-series Cam Seals.
Well I cut the banjo bolt and it seems to have stopped leaking from there, the feed and drain lines at the oil filter are another story. Still leaking. I guess I'll try the Teflon paste as the tape doesn't seem to work too great.

Yeah right now I'm trying Rector Seal... it's supposed to be some strong stuff. It's also a plumbers dope, and it's fortified with Teflon so we shall see how this works. I'll report back...

My past experiences with teflon tape is mixed. For quite a while I've been using Megalock a plumbing pipe dope that's used on water, gas, oil connections. Haven't had a problem, it works, it's cheap and a container will last forever.
I use high-temp waterproof silicone for all of my water sealing needs (and locking down bolts).
