Inlinepro Tubular Manifold
I'am looking to change my current Turbonetics T3/T4 turbo, revhard manifold, and Aem EMS set up with some thing that will push me into the 500rwhp on pump gas to 700hp+ on race fuel. I was looking at the Love fab Gt1 manifold at one time but i am not sure about it now after all the negative things. Inlinepro set up seems good, but I would like a tubular manifold instead of a cast one like I have now. I have seen others like fullrace but I am not sure about them.
That leads me to the question, will inlinepro be selling the tubular manifold they have set up on there 9sec project car, or something similar? If they are what modifications need to be taken? Also will I be able to run a GT40 series turbo on it or equivalent?
Some other info: I plan on having the motor rebuilt by Laskey or Inline when I get back from my tour in Iraq in 6 months.
What I plan to change: upgrade to a GT40 dual BB turbo, fuel injectors go from RC 550 to 1000cc+ possibly change out the walbro 255 fuel pump to a higher rate one.
Maybe change out Intercooler to larger one.
I figure to spend $10,000 on all these changes.
Thanks for all the good info you guys put out each day.

[QUOTE=busterpit23,Oct 2 2006, 10:04 AM] I'am looking to change my current Turbonetics T3/T4 turbo, revhard manifold, and Aem EMS set up with some thing that will push me into the 500rwhp on pump gas to 700hp+ on race fuel.
It seems as if fuel is always a problem when trying to get high amounts of horse power. I figured I would need larger injectors over 1000cc and definately a higher rate fuel pump. I was also thinking a dual walbro set up like Kane.s2k is running might do the job.
Hope fully InlinePro will chime in about the manifold and turbo setup.
I check back tomorrow some time. Right now I am in Germany healing from a hernia operation getting ready to go back to Iraq. I am six hours ahead of most of you guys so I'll answer back later. Need some sleep.

At this moment we will not be mass producing a tubular style manifold. There are still a few "issues" with those style manifolds we do not like for a daily driven s2000.
We can however custom make one, just like the one in the Project 9 Second. please give us a call, or PM me if you have some questions

Those looking for big numbers like yourself have two options.
#1. Go with a mass produced no problem item like the inlinepro set up and get your Numbers from High boost and heavy strain.
#2. Go with Lovefab Mini-me and relize it is a custom set-up and will require babying, but you will smoke a inline pro car all day long at lower boost levels.
Just look at the evidence. Inline pro cars on avg make 300 horse at 8 psi of boost. Avg Lovefab car makes around 340-360 on 8 psi. Once you start driving a real "Tuner" car with custom set-ups........its like driving a ferrari. There performance is breathe taking, but they require alot of TLC and watching over.
Just remember. Inline has great products and Ya knows that they have a wonderful nitch in the market. If you want easy reliable power, inline is the way to go. If you want BIG power, maybe look to other methods like Lovefab, but know that those are custom set-ups and will require some engineering on your part.

Just out of curiousity, has anyone run their other kits at the track yet? I'm just curious as to what times they put up. PRS2k was running 12's with his setup consistantly with the 350rwhp at 10psi.
Has anyone else ran their other setups?

It's so hard to choose, go for more power with the Lovefab setup VS more reliability with the Inline Pro setup or try the Fullrace route and build it the way I want it.
That's why I asked about the Manifold. I'll have to Pm inline and see what we can do. I might have to be not so greedy with all the HP I want and get there standard kit with all the upgrades. Either way it's going to be more fun for me when I get back.
I'll be watching to see how everything works out for you passmans2kny. Good luck with your setup.

I would *easily* do that at this point.
I have to get a 5-point bar or a hardtop or both.
