How much did you pay to have your HG replaced?
I just did mine recently and they charged me $350 labor only WITH MY TURBO. I've also been quoted $850 WITHOUT MY TURBO...

Just wanted to give everyone an update on my car.

I eventually took the car into profunction to get my car checked. It turns out that the cometic HG did fail.

The head was tested and there was no warpage and the valves were fine too. They put a new oem HG on and while it was off, they threw on a slightly used header for me that they had lying around.

Got a full re-tune on the dyno and I was very impressed with the numbers. 395.5whp. I did not expect to get these kind of numbers with the oem HG, header and re-tune. I am very happy with the car and in a way I am kind of glad the cometic HG failed. It turned out better.

I was recommended to profunction by a couple of members here and now I know why. Special thanks to Mikey and the guys at Profunction.
stock HG > 2-3mm HG. Glad its running so well on stock HG.
