Inline pro def. does have top notch customer service.
As to the picture above, yes those are the headlight supports. I also left mine out and haven't had any issues.

I had a little time to do stuff today. So far I installed the oil filter relocation kit from Scott. I put in the oil feed line. I installed the ARP exhaust manifold studs and the turbo manifold.

For the electrical wires in the wire loom that are right beside the turbo manifold, should I wrap those up in anything else? I would imagine that they'd get pretty darn hot right by the turbo. Would a parts store have any wrap that would work?

These are what I am refering to.

I ordered some DEI silver tubing sleeve and cut the stitching and wrapped the wire loom on mine and used tiewraps to hold it on and together and its been working great for years for me. I'm not too sure if any auto stores would have anything as good as this.

Hopefully you can see it in this pic ok.

Thats actually exactly what I ended up doing lol. I went to the parts store to the ricer section and found it. Went home, cut it, and wrapped it around. It think it was DEI brand too if I remember. It was 15 bucks for 3 feet of it and 3/4" diameter.

Thanks man.

Heres what I got accomplished today.

For my oil return line off of the turbo, I don't recall seeing a gasket in the kit. Maybe I lost it. I noticed that there is an o-ring on the adapter to the turbo. Will I still need to get a gasket or will the o-ring suffice?

Also, with the dual fuel pumps, would it be best to put each fuel pump on its own relay or do a single relay for both. I will be using a harness on the relays which is I believe 14 gauge wire. The feed power wire I have is 10 gauge to the relay(s) from the battery. I think at higher boost, I would have issues with current draw with the 14 gauge wire.

I'm looking at my harness right now and I think I might be able to modify it so two 14 gauge wires can go into it. Run each 14 gauge wire to each fuel pump. I think thats my best bet.

If I run 2 relays then I could run into problems later on if there are issues with 1 relay while the other works.

Any thoughts onto this?

With my Full Blown twin pump setup I used 2 30A relays, one to each pump and this is how LJ from FB told me to do it. 14ga wire to the pumps after the relay should be just fine but I used an 8ga wire from the battery to the relays and you probably should also.

As for the oring youre talking about, I dont know what it is youre referring to so I cant help you there.

I already have it on the turbo, but heres a picture of a similar piece I'm talking about. In the small picture on the right bottom corner, there would be an o-ring around the middle hole.

I got my intercooler back today. I like the way it turned out. We still have to make some brackets for it.

I should be receiving the new charge pipe tomorrow.
