Figured out the fuse problem. There was one loose wire near the ECU, and every time we hit a bump it would ground itself and blow a fuse. Got that taken care of. But now we have an issue with over heating.

Bled the coolant a million times, got all the air out, and there always seems to be more air after a while. Pressured checked the coolant system, and it's losing 1psi every 15min. Next to check on the list is Head Gasket.

Turbo problems. !!

Will update when we find the problem.

It turned out to be a massive air pocket. Andy bled the system again, and everything seems to be running well now. He also redid the dump tube to get it to fit better. I personally think it is sticking out a little too much, but he purposely left it a little long so we can cut it down the the size i wanted.

Here's a vid of it in action.

I wonder if there are visible flames out of the dump tube at night. We put a catalytic converter on a carbureted snowmobile and the light show at night was pretty impressive.

Update!! Andy suggested I go back to the Dyno and get it fine tuned, so the Car will be heading back to the shop by the end of next week. I also told them if they feel it safe to see if they can get it to the 500whp mark. !!! I will update when that time comes. I'm guessing a couple psi more should do it.

Congrats buddy, would love to see it being dyno if you don't mind. I'm located in MN and plan on going F/I with a similar setup. Goodluck on your next dyno

Thanks man.

I don't mind. But i won't personally be their myself. Andy will trailer it up himself next week. And it'll be on the dyno next friday.

Just stop by RS Motors next friday during the morning, I'm sure Ron and them won't mind you watching.

Boost is best! and so is E85! haha.
