Not really planning to do any other hood vents to it other than what I have already. I didnt get the dyno sheet yet, and ill take some pics of the V-mount setup after I get the car back. Andy has to finish some small stuff in it still.

Crossing my fingers we dont get snow anytime soon!!!

I haven't reallly driven it on the streets much at all, so I can't comment on temperature yet and i do plan to do a few track days next year. I haven't really driven the car much at all yet since it's back at Andy's house getting the finishing touches on it. I accidentally did a mini burnout test driving it after the tune though (Competition Stage 4 (6-puck). Hahaha. Clutch grabs hard!! It's not as bad as people make it out to be, but it will take some getting use to. Once moving it feels better than any oem clutch.

Even before getting into boost i can tell the car is waaaaayyy faster. I haven't taken it past 6800rpm yet, but that already felt fast as well.

Going to the drag strip Oct 12. I'll report back on how it does. Hope nothing breaks!! I'm not planning on launching the car, so i'm not expecting a quick time, but i'm mainly concern about what my trap speed will be.

Congrats! It's an awesome feeling when all the hard work pays off. Post some vids from the track when you go!

Quick update! Car runs awesome!! Except that it keeps blowing the alternator fuse. (15amp) This was one of the problems we had when we were on the dyno. The alternator just wouldn't charge. Turns out to be a fuse. Replaced that and everything worked flawless. We'll today, Andy drove the car to work, and boom, fuse blows again. He's going to tear into it tonight to figure out whats causing it. Maybe a bad ground, maybe a frail wire, maybe a bad connection. Who knows. It's nothing major but it will have to get fix.

Other than that little problem, Andy says the car drives like a dream. I'll be heading to Andy's place tomorrow to help him finish up the car and driving it back home hopefully.

Does your dash lights flicker? My car was popping the breaker I installed. The rectifier was starting to go bad causing it to overcharge the battery. When it pops the fuse, check and see if the battery is hot to the touch. But if you're just popping the small fuse, you probably have a short some place. I faulty ground doesn't usually pop fuses.

I dont think the dash flickers at all. Andy did find the problem. It was a loose wire hanging by the ecu. Not sure what its for, but every time the car hit a bump the wire would touch ground and short itself. Glad that is taken care of now.
