Great...how much is the bill? Ill send the cash over. You can afford all these parts but cant afford a leak down or compression test......interesting.

I can't believe that this thread is still open considering how quick the mods are to lock/delete threads on this forum. 9 pages and almost a year with absolutely no proof. Unbelievable.

I'm pretty sure they had the car on the dyno at one point and the engine was a bag of nails so had to abort? Maybe if glen lived close to kings things would have been resolved but as he's in the UK it obviously made things difficult as he couldn't just take the engine over to them to see.plus let's face it getting one person to build the engine and another to tune it is a can of worms in its self as they can blame eachother if things go wrong?...... Anyway glen isn't going to make this whole thing up when he could be in the car enjoying it.

He admitted that he drove it at 600hp for some time with a "bad motor" and as far as i know its still running. Smoking can be caused by a number of reasons besides ans engine. It makes no sense to buy all new parts when you haven't even disassembled the engine to see whats wrong. Ill be waiting for personal attacks from pitts.

Not a lot of point in personal attacks mate because there is no point in knocking if there is nobody in.

Whilst all this has been going on I've had a life changing illness,I'm not after sympathy but as I can no longer be bothered to Feck around with the car I'm just going to get it rebuilt and run it.As I said feel free to send me your money over to have any checks YOU think it might need.

To anybody with even the tiniest amount of common sense a leakdown /compression test is just throwing good money after bad.

Ill explain to you AGAIN the engine was sent out as a new build 850hp fit and forget....you with me so far?by a reputable company who claim to build some of the fastest S2000s in the world.I run it in as instructed with the correct oil which was changed 3 times during the running in period......you following this?.

When put on the dunno for a "conservative",800hp tune all hell broke loose as in it was blowing oil smoke out of every orifice at 600hp my tuner didn't want to push any further for fear of it blowing up on the dyno.

Fernando confirmed the piston that were condemned in the first engine had been reused. So what other horrors lie inside that engine......Ok it runs but not how I would expect an engine setup that to that point had cost me around $15.000.

You fail to see that a car can have blow by for several reasons. How much oil did it use while driving?

47 gallons in 300 yds.

Clearly you are missing the point I'm trying to make,so as of now I will not respond to anything else you post up.

Either this is a windup that I'm falling for or you really are that stupid.

Im curious as to why this thread is even in the FI forum and not in the feedback section, since the issue has nothing to do with FI?

And since he accomplished what he set out to do with this thread, can it be closed now so no one has to see those needless thread bumps?

Hopefully the mods do the two things that need to be done with this thread...
