I have a turbo kit for really cheap if you wana check it out the turbo does need a rebuild however

Budget+ build contrary to belief don't go hand in hand.
Your next bet would be to piece each part out. Buying kits is a good route but you will save more in the end piecing it together.

Sorry, but this is not a complete kit. It shows a complete kit in the picture, but it is still $1250 more for ecu, $460 more for injectors, and $140 more for fuel pump. Then you need to take into account Clutch, A/F Ratio, Boost gauge, Oil Pressure gauge, ETC. On top of all of that there is still the Tune. Fact of the matter is Boost is not cheap and what ever your budget is, double it and that is how much you will actually need to spend. Hope this helps.
