Alright well made some progress with my parts needed list today.

So far what I have that I need is as follows:

For mounting the bracket assembly I will need.
1"x2.726" spacer
M10x1.25x115 screw
(3) M6x1"x80 screws
M10x1.25x50 screw with M10 washer
(2) M8x1.25x45 socket head screws
(2) 5/16"-18x1" screws with AN washers
Vtec solenoid gasket
Belt tensioner adjuster screw.
I need all the 1/4" hardware for mounting the heat exchanger I believe
Also need all the 8-32 hardware for the black box I guess
For the FMU if I read it correctly I need the 5/32" brass tee fitting but need to make sure that is not something already mounted on the fmu

For the aftercooler I will need
1 2.75"x2" coupler
1 2.75"x3" couplers
(4) #44 clamps
5/32"-1/4" reducer
bypass valve breather filter thing
Oil feed line assembly
fuel pump
vacuum lines and fuel lines.
supercharger belt.

Sounds like a lot but most of that stuff is just cheap small hardware pieces.
I am sure I will have missed a bunch of little things here and there but seems to be most of what I will be needing to complete this kit!

Please chime in if you see something I missed.

I just got the intake the guy was including.
Don't know if it is even made for the s2k or not. It seems to be an ebay one which is fine but the diameter is smaller than the sc inlet. Does that matter with a sc? Should I get a larger diameter piping intake? Or just stick the filter directly onto the sc inlet?
The intake he gave me is a short ram intake. I'm sure the filter sucks and no intentions of using it.

Ordered
fuel pump
couplers and t bolt clamps
vacuum lines
fuel lines and clamps

Next I need to order lots of little parts from Vortech.
Once I get all the bolts and stuff from them I should have close to a complete kit.
Little things here and there I guess but it should be 95% complete then.

Anyone know when running the filter right off the sc inlet do you need to block off vacuum lines and stuff? Cause the intake has vacuum bungs on it right to connect off the intake so do those just get blockd off without any issues then?

The valve cover vent towards the front of the car normally goes to the intake hose after the filter. You'll probably want to run that to a catch can or just vent it to atmosphere with a crankcase filter.

While you're at it I'd replace the PCV valve or vent that to a catch can or atmosphere.

It's seriously that much for the simple tensioner screw? That's insane. Would be cheaper to find a place to replicate it for me for that price lol.

Alright ordered most of the rest of the items now.

Just ordered all these items:

1"x2.726" spacer
M10x1.25x115 screw
3-m6x1"x80 screws
M10x1.25x50 screw with washer
2-m8x1.25x45 socket head screws
2-5/16-18x1" screws with AN washers
Belt tensioner adjuster screw
Bypass valve breather
Oil feed line kit
2 5/32" brass tee fittings

So I should have basically everything needed once the two pulleys are covered by USPS and everything comes in.
I am sure there will be some little pieces here and there but everything else should be easy to find at a hardware store I would assume as it is just pieces to bolt parts to the car like the fmu and heat exchanger etc.

this is what i was affraid of when i gave you the price to install it, this is typical when dealing with used parts, and unexperienced people working on cars!
