Bought a new(used) crank pulley and had it machined to fit the vortech collar piece and all bolted together now and looks good to go.
Got the new arbor in today and put the new tensioner screw through it and looks all good to go now.
Just waiting on the USPS to give me the money for busted sc drive pulley and hopefully the old crank pulley and all as well.

Also got the new bolt from Sideways to make adjusting the tensioner easier I guess.

Need to buy belts now and I think that is it besides little hardware pieces here and there.

Still not sure if I a missing a 90 o elbow or something here that goes into the red hose piece. The nipple coming off the sc seems much smaller size than the inside diameter of that hose.

Vacuum lines and fuel lines and clamps.

modified crank pulley

Sideways adjusted bolt

Fuel pump, oil feed line and mounting hardware all brand new.

Bought AEM couplers for sc and aftercooler.

here is the new arbor and tensioner adjuster screw.

I'm not sure yet. I think I am moving back to NY end of January now so I will probably want to wait until I am there so I don't do a 1200 mile trip, if I drive it back, on a freshly installed sc kit. Don't want things to go wrong on the drive.
Can't wait to get it in there though!

Anyone know if this is supposed to be cut off like this? Or what it goes to?

Ok sweet. Just ordered the Gatorback belt so just waiting on the sc pulley once USPS gives money from insurance claim and then should be good to go.

Anyone know if I am missing a piece of the bracket or anything? Or is the marking from bolting onto the engine or what?

Here are a couple of pictures of what I am talking about.

You can see that something was attached there and on the reverse side I can see there were definitely bolts going through it as well.

There is a rectangular bracket with two long small diameter studs that go from the engine through the bracket.

See figure 8 N in the instruction manual.

OK thanks but damn not good. I kinda doubt that part will be available separately. If not I guess I am screwed!!
Checked the site and I guess it can be ordered separately so not too bad.

Is it labeled as the lower sc plate spacer?
I see that listed in one picture in figure 8-O
but in the one you listed it is called a sc plate mounting block.
For ordering not sure which one is the correct one. Or maybe they are just called two things but are the same?

Oh and also I just noticed that there is a filter in the install manual coming off the bov or bypass valve. Is that needed?

You can order one and the studs also from Vortech.

My kit from years ago came with two lock washers and two nuts for the studs. I immediately replaced the nuts and washers with nylock nuts and flat washers. No need to have lock washers digging into the soft aluminum bracket.

Do not over torque. I used loc-tite blue with my installation.
