Was wondering if anyone has an electronic copy of the '06 installation instructions of the new kit? I have the updated pulley kit diagrams from Habitformings post, but didn't see the full install instructions. Any help appreciated!

Good luck finding them. I just installed a 06-09 kit and it came with directions for the version 1 kit and the old blower. Even though I had the latest kit with the big blower.

 

Just curious, what is the difference, install wise, about the bigger blower? I figured it all went together the same, it just had a larger impeller housing.

KW sends out the instructions for the original kit along with a revision that tells you how to install the upgraded bracket and pulley systems. The C38-81 and C38-91 blowers mount exactly the same using the same hardware.
