the kit is a little bit pricy...i would so get it and try it...but i can always get a Comptech and be sure im getting 100% quality stuff...
it's good that they are giving us a chance...but 30 days still is not a long time to see how the kit...

Cheaper the price = More people will buy it...doesn't matter they give trial period or not.

There is nothing special about their marketing ploy. It has been done for years with other products, like just pay shipping and handling...try our bed for 60 nights etc. They are relying on people being to lazy to uninstall the kit. Lets face it, installing and uninstalling is at least a 4 day process. Then there is the hassle for the 06+ AP2 guys of getting their ecu reflashed back to normal, who pays for that?

This is a nice kit and I am sure most people who install it will be happy with the initial power it makes. Good luck KW.

thats a good chance for an experience...but i agree 30 days is Not long enough to experience anything. Lets even say it takes over a week in shipping to get to your door-step... u dont have time for the next few days to spend ALL DAY installing so you let it wait. by the time you get it installed you only have 2-3 days to have fun then have to remove it all over again.

Idk man....Kraftwerks... you guys should buy a bigger blower and put that in your "Kits" to compete with the bigger badder market, or drop the price significantly.

Interesting marketing here definitely looks awesome on the surface. installing the system, testing it, uninstalling to return within 30 days is not much time.

Marketing ploy or not, many people on this board simply have unrealistic expectations about paying only $3,000 for a kit and expecting it to be 100% perfect.

Nothing Kraftwerks does will make you guys happy. If a few hundred bucks is the only thing keeping you from buying a KW kit, then frankly you have no business going FI in the first place! I severely doubt a $250-500 price drop, even $1,000 will result in a sudden rush of customers to this kit.

I am not even a fan of the Kraftwerks kit, but the bashing is relentless!!! Everyone is here after that magic whp number for the least dollar possible. Good luck to that...

dev its not that were bashing the kit but KW has made some bs promises before and have been charging a premium for this FI system that isnt better in terms of potential, power, build quality; etc then the SOS kit. tell me anything that you get in the kw kit that you dont get for cheaper in the sos kit? and shit im a previous kw owner. their price was fine when they were the only kit for 06+ but now they arnt and other companies have better kits out. so that means they either lower their price or soon enough they will lose most of their business to other companies.

Looking at their website the Ap1 high boost kit is $6,295

I think if a buyer is mechanically inclined to install and uninstall the kit, it is worth it.
