400 is a bit of money and at this point it's not about the money. I offered the guy options to make it right and even offered to just reimburse me like half of what it would cost because he never provided me with a full kit like promised

just to update this I got the pulley upgrade kit but im still missing some items that the seller never included that im now finding out about

spacers and misc hardware and the tensioner so the car remains in the shop for another week
