Im down for a maybe depending on how much modifications and what the diameters are for the pullies. I want to retain my boost pressure.

TTS kit pulleys are...

Crank = 135mm for 2.2l... 125 for 2.0l

Blower = 90mm for 2.2l at 8000rpm max or 95mm for 8500rpm max.

Absolutely 100% BEST OPTION!

That's the only part I was questioning was the hot side with the KW piping and new bracket with the TTS Kit. The blower sits a little bit further towards the driver side. But it doesn't look like it's that far off. Maybe just a new coupler would be sufficient enough to reach the blower?

Possibly... It might not look very nice though.

If you use the TTS intercooler or another good quality unit that flows well you should have more boost than with the KW supplied piece. With the supplied TTS intercooler and piping I saw 16.5psi. My friend with his KW kit and all supplied piping and same blower saw 14.5psi. Both on stock 2.2l engines.

Getting an intercooler and piping fabricated from a local shop would cost near or even more, might as well just buy that from TTS as well.
