KW v2 to TTS Conversion Group Buy!
Guys, I ordered a TTS c38-91 but not yet received and I didn't know about this issue until very recently through while reading another thread
So I would like to ask, in general is it only the charge pipe (the pipe exit from below the supercharger) that needs to be redone to allow the TTS to function properly ?
Also, how would I re-do the piping, is there anything specific or just basically adding an aluminum pipe that doesn't hit the ac line ?

Here is a picture of where there is a clearance issue. If you "message" the AC line closer to the cross member it will fit. Note that this is my modified pipe...not how it came.

The intercooler piping hot side from KW kit will not work. The TTS blower sits closer to the drivers side, so the output is farther over. The KW charge piping is 2.5 on hot and cold side.
I HIGHLY recommend buying JUST blower, brackets, and mounting system from TTS. I would have a local (to you) fabricator build an intercooler and intercooler piping for your car.
The TTS charge piping will not clear the AC lines on a US market S2000. The TTS charge piping also has the hot and cold side routed on the passenger side, making for a unique/different setup, that most likely require more air volume compared to a more "normal" routing where the cold side remains on the drivers side.
Last words of advice. If you like to bounce your car off the rev limiter, DO NOT BUY A KIT THAT USES A ROTREX BLOWER. Your best option is the SOS kit with the upgraded N1200 blower, they seem to take teh abuse alot better.

regarding the TTS race intercooler, I was wondering if I can use their Kit and just fabricate my own hot side and cold side piping utilizing the TTS intercooler . Hot side custom made properly so it doesn't hit the AC Line and the Cold side routed from the driver side and going directly to the throttle body/intake manifold (not routed traditionally to go on passenger side then driver side then intake manifold)
We also decided to relocate the BOV simply because of how large it is. It will fit in the supplied location but it's close to the hood and radiator so we moved it.

Yes actually based on your thread, I asked Richard to relocate the bov to this exact position ( as also am looking for a stealth setup so I asked him as well to fully coat the system in black xylan coating )

That's great to hear, am sure this way it should work properly and shouldn't cause a problem. IS there a reason why you cut of the end tanks ?
I thought it would be easier actually by just removing old pipes and adding new ones ?
Sorry to Hi jack the thread, but hope this info is helpful for other s2ki members as well

To be clear... IF one messages the AC line much closer to the cross member modification to the hot side is not needed.
