Default KW vtec solenoid bolts

hi guys ,

i bought a KW supercharger kit last years around october but i did not instal it yes becasue of the winter ( mtl quebec canada )
i read alot on the forum to avoid all probleme that can be appear on the kit , so i alerdy bought few thing to make the kit work fine thr 1 shot , really appreciated all the info here

so now i see few probleme with the bolt crack / brock in he head of the vtec solenoid brackets , i jusy spoke with CJ to have the info abotu the correct spec of the bolt thats seem to be M6 x 1.0 x 60mm , i want to change it for titanium bolt and a higher grade just to be safe !

did you have a good website to bought this kind of bolt ?

Have use racebolts.com in the past but it looks like they are currently not taking order on their website

now in the same time , why not just change them all ?

i mean on the revised kit V2 the bolt number 5 , that one are suposed to be the num 10 on the original kit

i mean the 2 bolt that hang the revised bracket to the front plate , i seen some where they broke too right ?

they are number 10 on the instlation instruction spec size M10x 1.25 x 40 , should i change them too ?

well its 122.78$ + taxe + us to Can conversion so around 200$ for 6x bolt jesus its way to much expensive , did i really need those bolt ?

In Ontario there are plenty of places that will have a selection (might not be in the store, but they will order it in) like Fastenal

10.9 or even better a 12.9 should be plently. It's what I did with my solenoid bolts on my Vortech

you damn right , i got a fastenal near my house i can take a look , did i really need titanium or i can use steel 10.9 or 12.9 thats even better than titanium grade 5 ?

10.9 or 12.9 should be plently, if you're breaking those bolts, there's a bigger problem.
