last week til FI
You at least have to gap the stock plugs down (to around .034 or so) or get one step cooler and gap them down also.
The install is super easy, especially without the aftercooler. I did my own when i had my supercharger. Also be SURE they solder in the esm module. Lots of people had problems when they used crimp connectors etc including myself and soldering in the wires solved the problem. Your car will run rich down low and a little lean up top. its the nature of the beast with that pulley and non aftercooled setup. My setup was exactl the same.

You know what, shoot... I did a lot of research about the colder plugs and I was always thinking that it was just the stock boost. I forgot all about the 7 lb pulley upgrade that came with the kit. I also think I forgot about the fact that I will be non-aftercooled. Maybe colder plugs are not a bad idea. I don't have to bring these to the shop on the day of the install though do I? Couldn't I just buy them later, quickly take them to a shop to have them gapped correctly and put them in myself? Sorry for the noob question, I know a lot about cars but I've never really done much when it comes to aftermarket FI. Thanks a lot for the comments so far guys.

You may as well do an oil change while you're at it unless you catch and reuse the oil that drains out when the plug gets changed out. Might be a good time to consider a good synthetic oil.
