Lets talk about radiators/cooling
For real. Try it. Pull the ic and have your answer. If it is, when you remount the ic, mount it at a "leaned back" angle. That will allow some air over it. Im guessing ats probably a 3" thick unit and all the air is getting pretty much stopped going through it which is why its hot at hwy speeds.
Give it a try and report back. :-)

Im gonna say the intercooler is blockig airflow to the rad. I had that issue before myself.
To test this, pull the ic and run a straight pipe to join your two intercooler pupes where the ic used to be and go for an "easy throttle drive" up to 70 and 80 cruising and see if the temps stay down. :-)

What are you guys seeing for temperatures? With the oem
Rad/fans and thermostat I'm sitting around 200 (aem corrected) and 4 bars on the ap1 modifry sometimes 5 when the fans kick in. The fans seem to need to kick in to keep things cool even while in motion but it never gets above this so far.
