Yeah that is my next test. The oem rad test resolved one of my issues. I was playing around with the undertray ducts also.

those are important too. do you still have yours?

also, if you are aem, why do you have the oem fan switch controlling your fans?

The undertray was installed before and I tried removing it but saw no change in temperature.

I followed a few of the settings posted on s2ki to control the fans and all I get is a bunch of relays clicking in the main fuse box.

I'm running the series one so im using AEMpro instead of AEMtuner. Similar deal though. I tried controlling LS8 in the configure outputs and just get a bunch of clicking.

Odd. Are your coolant volt/temp values the same? I am using reg s2k settings, .ot the revused ones. Driving 24 miles to work through mostly city roads in a muggy 81 degree florida morning, i saw 185-192 with those cals.
