I used to swap my original s2000 battery and my yellow top between my corolla and s2000 when I needed to put the top up or test something and it always worked perfect in my corolla. Never had a starting issue. Something is draining the battery when its plugged in though and I have to figure out what it is because in 2 days if the car isn't started the battery gets drained.

i am 99.9999% sure your battery is toast. mine did the exact same thing. i put in a walmart crappy battery and it fired right up. left the car alone for three weeks, fired right up.

seriously, try a new battery. its worth the attempt. or have the shop physically take that battery out and out one in that works from another car.

Nesar, I have a (nearly) brand new battery if you'd like to pick it up (I'm using a PC680, so I don't need the stock unit). Free if you want it.

Optima batteries are garbage and I would not recommend anyone use them under any circumstances.

i had a mini golf cart battery (thing weighed like 2 lbs lol. started every time tho!) but my friggen car sat outside for a month in 10 degree weather while my exhaust was "getting made" and its fcking garbage now. i put my oem honda battery that i hadn't touched in 8 months in and it started right up. same symptoms. my battery also read as charged on my trickle charger. it wouldn't jump start either

I did email and left them a message asking them if they could swap the battery to see if its the culprit, but I would think that might be one of the first things they try right?
