I contacted the tunner and he said that he already welded the manifold, and the surface of the manifold wasn't perfectly straight so it leaks exhaust gas when it was fixed to the engine .. he resurfaced it and installed it with a new gasket, he told me also that he made brackets to hold the downpipe so it won't shake

additional info : the dump tube is welded to the downpipe .. and my BOV is not connected to anything so I think I'm running waste gate only
