I drove it a long way, and I dont recommend doing this (in other words, if you drive it and something goes wrong with your engine, dont come running back here to blame me ) but I drove it all the way from central oregon up to portland. Few hundred miles. Ran beautifully the entire way, like I said not even a single CEL. This was on a built engine on stock injectors, with the stock ECU.

Im thinking it would be fine to, I mean what kind of tuning would the base map need to have? Your not adding more fuel or air that needs to be accounted for yet.

I was just worried about timing actually. I heard that it may need to be retarded somewhat.

Isnt the emenage's timing control very limited from what kane said? I run an emanage, but never messed with timinig.

It may be quite limited. I won't know personally until I talk to the guys tuning my car. Although I have purchased everything that you possibly can for the emanage blue.

It is. That's why I run the timing actually through Vortech's timing control box, I use the Greddy only for the fuel.

Not to bring this back but some of you had wondered about a stock ecu and injectors running on a lower compression and I am telling you it runs almost the same. Up to 6000 rpms anyway.
