You can borrow mine if you swap your 6265 turbine housing on although I doubt you want to try mine out lol.

IMO I'd keep the same turbine housing that you have. Can you try out your 6265 on that and swap your 6262 compressor housing on?
Nope, the tubine and compressor housings are both different

It seems that the 6262 is not that efficient at low boost and was gaining efficiency as I went past 18PSI but I did do not have enough data to verify.
I have seen first hand that turbo do 800whp+ on a k20 motor, so yes it does gain efficiency as the boost ramps up. One of the main reasons why I want to go back to a 5857...the 6262 is not a great street turbo comparatively.

So do you think I should switch out for a 5857 w/ 0.82 A/R next year?

No. By then you'll be on a built motor and want more power

Hey Scott did you change the radiator/cooling issue?

I may be getting rid of my Visteon with 2 spal fans soon if you're interested!

Not unless I can find a clutch to hold and have a good engament. As of right now every aftermarket clutch I have tried is a pile. Including the entire line of Competition Clutches.

There are only (2) accepatble clutches I have found and neither are going to hold the power I am making now. The key is the factory clutch disc which will not generate clutch buzz and allow for great modulation. If the trans was not such a PIA to remove on my garage floor or I would be willing to try other clutches are report.

(1) The ACT HD Pressure place coupled with a factory disc (Hardtop Guy Special)
(2) Science Of Speed Single Disc Clutch

Worst piece of shit I have ever driven in my life... (CC stage 4)
I wanted to drive my car into a wall after driving my car daily with that clutch. Thank god it's finally taken a dump after 11K miles and I got a new ACT with stock disc going in finally.

He's driven my car and stalled it five times pulling it out onto the street. He also had the CC Ironman and yanked it cause it was so horrible.

I have also driven their street clutch and the chatter is terrible compared to the SOS and ACT HD PP w/ Factory Clutch Disc

Just like any puck clutch they are not street able. My wife and I both take the car out to cruise and drive it on nice days. This is why I have gone to such great lengths to manage the noise, smells, vibration, ride quality, reliability and heat, even the exterior is 100$ stock other than the wheel spacers I have for the rear and the Ricks badges. I would be very surprised if there were any other cars that are making the power this is and still driving just like a stock car if you aren't pushing the go pedal.
