You've tested this kit on an MY06+ with a GT35R turbo?

 

no, ive tested it on a ap1 w/ this kit and gt35r. 533 whp peak on 93 octane.


the dbw test car will have a 5857 on it for prototyping the tune for the production kit, then it will also have a billet 6262 as that is whats staying on the car.

 

That's the difference. MY06+ owners want to know how your kit with a GT35R will perform so that they can compare it to other kits that are already on the market.

Also, I am sure fuel requirements for a GT30R vs. GT35R are different, so testing the limits of the returnless fuel system may only be applicable to a specific turbo. People should also know up front that the limits are fuel specific as well (i.e., the system will fall short much quicker on E-85 than on 91 octane).

 

Very interested to see how that turbo performs with your kit. That turbo on an Evo made ~780awhp on a Dynojet! Same Evo made 920awhp with a 6267!

Since I haven't seen an answer to this yet, what about boost creep? Does it have it, how are you controlling it etc?

 

It has ZERO boost creep. This was tested and proven last week w/ the 38mm wastegate w/ a 7 psi spring. it held steady all the way to 9400 rpms


And we provide a solenoid that is integrated into the AEM to control the boost!

 

So you are not going to use a GM boost control solenoid with K-Pro?

Ive used the GM plenty, they work fine, however, the ones we are supplying are a little better quality
