Got the grounds on, simply enough.

The "strange" wire was the plug that connects to the back of the a/c compressor. The plug was still connected, so I never realized it didn't have a wire going to it. Re-pinned and back in business.

I have this brace that went on the back of the intake manifold.

Is it needed?

That is exactly what I was leaning towards. It's got a mount on the left side of it, right above the tensioner/alt.

I just wondered what everyone else was doing/had done.

^ if you have the 2 bolt one installed by the alternator I don't see why you need this one also... I don't think I'm going to put mine back on...

Probably a good idea to have on if you remove the engine with a cherry picker though....

This could be true, but now I've had it all apart (god forbid it EVER comes out again) I'll know how to get it out/in quickly and pull the manifolds off anyway.

Helps making it lighter/easier to maneuver.

Quick teaser picture so far.

The manifold isn't bolted up, just sitting on their with my FB TB for mockup reasons. I will be selling the 3bar SOS map after I get it to the tuner for a Hondata 4bar me thinks thats black, b/c the SOS one stands out like a sore thumb now everything is black.

Been a slow process, I've been tucking/re-painting things as I go. New meth system will be here over the week, and my manifold/turbo should arrive here soon as well.

Thanks for all the help thus far gentlemen.

Top secret, lol.

I'll post up a update to the meth system I'm getting here soon. Don't want to cloud this thread about misc parts and questions... lol.
