Im noticing that nothing is consistant with what pulley size people run and the amount of boost they are getting.

Sounds like he's talking about the outside the unit to me. If so my inclination would be its just the oil line fitting needs to be re torqued or replaced, if its oily inside the blower housing and getting into the intake track then yeah that changes things.

i have to open it up and check it out. but there is oil in the crossmember and around the bracket on the back. it is near the oil line so it could be that the oil line needs tightening.

Its probably the oil return line. I would unbolt it and put some threaded tape on it. If you have oil on the outlet of the compressor housing then you have issues.
