Went Laskey built and Benson block myself. Glad I did, though I went 9:1 CP pistons because the 10:1 were domed.

10:1 is a flat top theres no dome to them at all. And so everyone knows between my cousin and i we picked the car up and put it on the jackstands and were not verry big people (im 5'8 and 110lbs) and it really took almost no effort at all to lift her up to that height.

Oh, then maybe I'm confusing it with just the 9.5:1 or something, I thought both of the two were domed. Well that's good news then though it's not a big deal either way, I'd always prefer flat for boost.

Ya, well SmirfS2K is deceased because he ended up trapped under his while working on it a couple years ago. Lifting it when it's ontop of you is a lot different than having a few buddies on the corners to pick it up. Play it safe.

No i made a set of extentions for the stands out of a 6x6 and a pair of 2x12's on top and bottom. I would never work underneath a vehicle like this it was just to install the engine. Ive had a few close calls myself and actually broke my arm when a transmission fell on me at a junkyard back in the day.

i know i'm late but if your running a series 2 you do not need a resisitor box.
