Default Need driveshaft advice

Hi Everyone!

I need your advice for those who had differiential swapped out due to upgraded one

Here is my story, I'm currently building a custom kit to install a r200 rear on the car. The new diff is 40 000 miles, the car was salvage so i end up getting it for really cheap. Me and my machinist got every plans done to use the CNC and get the brackets done,
We also had the axle flange modified so they will be compatible with the stock s2000 axle. The axle will bolt right on and will not need spacers when lowered because i had the both axle flanges made 8mm wider on each side VS the stock width

Our only big concern is the driveshaft. Anyone out there had done a stock driveshaft cut and working well?? i know when done properly it can be as strong like it was never cut. Its a fairly common practive in offroad vehicule and trucks.
Im not worryed on stock axle and stock driveshaft strenght, the way I use my car I never had issue within 3 year running over 500whp in my car.
