Need help w/ wiring e-manage

Cool. So I did it right. Yeah I read about the "common mistake" problem w/ ignition so I was careful not to do that!
Now I'm having a major issue w/ the Support Tool software. I can't see the entire dialog box! For example, I cannot see the Throttle Position Button, the Confirm button, or Cancel on the Parameter settings dialog box. This happens on other dialog boxes as well. I'm running Windows XP, with Program version 1.24 and Firmware 1.42K. Yeah, it's been modded to JDM GOLD!!!
btw if anyone wants to know how to do it, just let me know.
