Question? Could the air be flowing out somewhere after it enters the intake manifold.
No. If your reading boost at the intake manifold then your good. The only thing that could happen is if your intake manifold was separated from your head, and it wouldn't run right.... so that would be apparent.

That seems like the only way, or someone tuned it wrong!

Could it be the knock sensor? and still run smooth? I do not have a CEL so is it possible that it might of gone out and not of known?

Multiple posts of guys getting 160whp at the dyno on stock S2000, ending up being the knock sensor!

Think about it. If your reading boost at the manifold, where would you be losing it?

I think this mechanic might of found why the low HP?

if the stock compression ratio 11.1 and if I never lowered it, and tried to boost 14psi, wouldn't that over-boost and therefore the tuner had to really be conservative on the tuning to make sure the timing and the knock sensor does not get hurt...

i agree. if the amount of air coming into the motor is different from the calculated air (after intake manifold) you might get a CEL and your car will run like crap. Your dyno line looks good (smooth and consistent) except it's short by 100whp.

The OP said he bought the car with the SC kit on it. If someone put a 3mm head gasket on the car, could it drop compression # this much?

I still don't like the 20psi difference between #1 & #4
Yeah if I remember the stock 11:1 CR was around 190-200psi. Also I remember someone saying they had like 130-140 psi in one cylinder and he still made good power so IDK. Couldn't you just look between the head and block and see a...lets say 3mm Head gasket? What about removing the TP and doing a open header pull to see if there is something holding the car back?

I am going to check to see if there is an aftermarket Head gasket or not.

Also I could check to see if there is something holding the car back but the test pipe and exhaust is 70mm, and the header looks smaller than that, so that should be more than enough breathing for the supercharger.

I put the TP and exhaust on at the same time. When we pulled at the dyno, it was breathing well it seemed like and at the end of the run a little bit of black smoke came out.

Also, Just went to fill up on gas and realized that I just drove 173 miles and had to fill up 11 gallons, which equals 16 - 17mpg and today its started to idle at 11.4 on the A/F gauge and died a couple times when trying to start the car.
