This is probably the best suggestion so far.

I am assuming you mean how the cars is breathing? I installed a Invidia 70mm exhaust and Invidia 70mm test pipe. I bought the car with the header already replaced with a JDM header (Maker unknown).

My tuner for my car did not know why it was not performing as it should, but he made a suggestion that the Collector connected to the Test Pipe looked like it was 2"(50mm) wide which is smaller than OEM, So i do not know how that would be possible but he said he has to tune everything to how much air is coming in and going out to prevent dettenation.

But would that be the reason to have such a low Horsepower reading, because its not gutless on high rpm's and I can kind of feel the VTEC kicking in but they timed it so that you should not be able to tell as much.

And the clutch was already installed when I purchased the car!

Is it just me or did anyone else notice the comp numbers are really low? I realize different gauges will read a bit different. But these are an easy 30-60psi off the typical comp mark.

Also was the boost measured just by your gauge when doing the runs... or did the tuner plug in his own line to read boost off what the intake manifold is seeing? Your gauge could be off, SC belt slipping, or the Clutch slipping near vtec engagement or 7.5k where it typically hits max trq.

Man, check to see that vtec is engaging like someone recomended earlier. So what were the compresion values for your engine? If it bugs you that much try changing the header for a stock one, see if you can buy a used unit on ebay for cheap.

The OP said he bought the car with the SC kit on it. If someone put a 3mm head gasket on the car, could it drop compression # this much?

I still don't like the 20psi difference between #1 & #4

How do you check to see if the vtec is engaging? wouldnt it be gutless at high rpm's?

Also, at the dynojet, I ran it myself in Fourth gear & Third gear and there is no clutch slipping.

I have a Haltech platinum sport 1000 ecu in my car which gives them the capability to tune live (while the car is running) So the saw the boost through my Hondata Map Sensor through every pull,
and also took off the air filter and gained a couple HP so nothings slipping nor wrong with supercharger.

I recognized that the numbers seemed low compared to other blogs I have read about being 220 -240. I told the Honda Dealer that and he said that there compression gauge is more aggressive and procice and said that 180psi is stock. He made mention that there Compression reader is different than aftermarket readers.

S2k, I understand. Maybe your car has a lowering compresion HG in it. Can you make your tuner double check the initial timing calibration. You may have few things that are holding you back. If your baseline timing is off it can adversly affect your performance. So far the SC has no problems as its pushing 13psi and the car is running smooth, but it seems like you have a very conservative tune with a lower comp HG on. Can you post what A/F your running or your Dyno sheets with a/f for us to see if something is missing.

Alright, I will scan the dyno graph and post it on there. Thanks.

The car does run smooth

Question? Could the air be flowing out somewhere after it enters the intake manifold.

Also, there is no A/F on the dyno sheet they gave me, just hp, torque, and Boost!
