Default New Engine problems, Inline Pro.

Here's a quick before after what what I had.

IP turbo kit, 750 rc injectors, NGK8's, AEM 1052, and relocated everything. Driving fine until I had failure in cyl 3, not sure but I was doing some intense long highspeed pulls when I had CEL go crazy ( I think it's programmed to show knock values exceeded).

Now I have installed.

Inline Pro 9:1 motor, AP2 head, AP1 intake cam, AP2 exhaust cam.

So I had some start issue's in the beginning, but turned out it was either the swapping out the cam sensors with ones from old engine, or unplugging and plugging back in the ecu for the 80th time haha.

Car ran on it's initial idle up and I noticed it was running a tad rich I think 12.7. No smoke or anything so I think I'm doing good. It started getting the CEL again so I shut her down and check it out. Oil pressure has been good the whole time, cyl 4 was only spark plug that had a little more soot or darkness on tip.

I was going to hook up AEM to ECU, but everytime I do it gives me a parity error and ECU freezes. I'm going to try another computer and then another USB to serial. Anyone have any idea's.

Tomorrow I am going to take pics of said spark plugs.

I only have the AEM ECU. It has a previous tune from Stoopid Racing out of houston.

Well since AEM disables CEL's then I am assuming they are using the CEL as a warning for coolant temp or something along those lines.

I was watching the coolant temp, never went above 197. I'm fairly sure I remember him saying he set it up to show a CEL on knock values that exceed norm.
