Remove SC Belt?
Have to get State Inspection with AEM V2 Vortech Sci. Going to put stock ECU, stock inj, map, and cat.
My question is: Does the SC belt need to be taken off? I can run it w/out boosting if I drive slow. Will this work? How hard to take off???
Thanks all

Taking the belt off isn't that hard. I went ahead and removed my belt when I did state inspection (which is coming up again, ugh). Same replacements as you... ECU, MAP, injectors, cat, remove belt.
You could theoretically leave the belt on and not go into boost, but you never know when you might need to accelerate in an emergency, and the ECU will freak if it sees boost. Plus you'll have to drive it around for a bit to clear all your readiness checks. To me its just more convenient to remove the belt.

If I were SC I'd just pop the belt.
I pop my chargepipe off the TB when it's time for inspection as I don't have the luxury of having a belt spun turbo
