As for long term problems i cant say much, have been using E85 the past 3 years and can't really say I have seen any. That said, I dont drive the car too much either. It Mostly acts as my summercar for nice topdown cruises.

Pro's
Everything when it comes to engine cooling, detonation resistance, power.

Con's
Demanding on the fueldelivery system
Car gets a very short range, especially with the rather small tank.
Can cause some (waste?) or similar contaminations inside the intake. Like a red or white colored thin layer of stuff. Cant really come up with any better words. I have only seen this on my injectors, its very mild in my case and have caused 0 problems for me.

Before we talk about fuel pumps, do you guys think the stock fuel lines can support his goals with E85?

Three is no point in going E85 for the power you want IMO. Your just inconveniencing yourself, while having to do more modifications and spend more money.

My car makes 460 HP on 91 with the inline pro street kit 5965B, 2mm gasket and that was on a dyno dynamics and at about 16 psi..

I honestly dont think there is a significant difference between 91 and 93..

Go get a tester and take your 93 you get now i am almost 90% sure when you test it it will be 90 :-D and 91 is usally 89-90 i tested over 20 gas stations. most i got was 91. so IMO just go 91 retune and be golden. Inless you want more power ie 600ish then go e85 with some fuel setup mods.

I am running e85 on my S and love it. I have a modified SOS it. I made some serious power with the addition of the fuel. It is slightly inconvenient that I can only get gas at one gas station within 30 miles. Good thing is, it is 4 miles from my house. I would do it again!
