Thanks sounds complicated. I'll try swapping the harnesses see what happens. I still have my stock ecu.

I believe the one with the green and red wire coming out of the harness should be plugged in closest to the front of the car opposite the firewall.

Thi sis what I have and what I suspected to be correct. It's strange that I haven't been able to locate the information in the service manual.

i can admit to doing this while i did the tuck on the s2k.. i had the 2 2 pin connectors swapped.. thank god for diodes..
