tried switching out the solenoid on the dyno still no luck. we put a jumper striaght to power and it would engage but only briefly. at the normal vtec point in rpms it just kinda falls on its face, and its obvious by the power numbers that vtec is not engaging

is there anything that i should look for? ill try to get to the shop and look at how things are setup. ive never tried to send the calibration through email mase1 but i will try to if you could look at it and see if you see anything. i havent drivin my s more that 20 miles the last year its kiiling me.

First check the tune...and have the parameters verified.
Also check your oil pressure. If VTEC is not working, it can either be a bad solenoid (which you ruled out) or low oil pressure. Typically if VTEC is coming on then not working afterwards, you have an oiling system issue.
