Default Not going into boost

Air/fuel is fine in cruising and in acceleration situations but runs lean on idle. I know its not running on 3 cylinders and i know for sure its not the engine. It has a really raspy sound to the exhuast. I have a cast iron mani, but i am wondering if i got a leak somewhere else. Could it be my waste gate has failed? There is no sign of black, white, grey, blue, smoke what so ever and the car runs fine besides the fact that i will not attempt to boost 1psi. You guys have any suggestions? Thanks a lot.

Sounds to me like the map sensor isnt working correctly. Are you on the stock map and running an emanage? If so, the stock map needs clamped at a certain voltage to work correctly to be able to see boost. When I had the emanage many moons ago, I had the same problem until I realized that my tune got messed up and lost the map sensor voltage clamp. Once that was put back in, it fixed the problem.
