I had the same problem with my koyo on my integra. I couldn't turn the cap on completely and it subsequently leak pressure (fluid). I ended up having to bust out the dremmel and trim down the radiator at the cap coupling a little. Worked fine afterwards. Hope that helped.

Ive got a Koyo w/ a SARD racing cap. Fits fine. I got it from Evasive I believe.

Can't wait to see the Dyno! Is this just the stock non-aftercooled Comptech kit with the Novi1000 replaced with the Novi2000? Are you tuning with EMS?
