All the pics I have seen show the Jet screwed into the charge pipe just prior to Throttle body, I believe this is where the AEM one is supposed to be...........

Why don't just run 2 nozzles with 2 small jet.?
exactly! Thats what i was going to do with my meth/injection setup! One right after the turbo, preintercooler, and then one right before the TB. Just make sure they are half the size or smaller than the original one, and adjust pressure accordingly!

its pretty simple. The hardest part for me was drilling out the charge pipe for the injector! The wiring is just a simple a relay with connections directly to the battery and to a simple pressure switch. Depending on what level of kit, you would have a more complex pressure reading setup and safety devices.

I would highly highly recommend whatever kit you buy, to make sure it comes with at least some sort of safety setup. Get a flow controller that can sense if flow stops, or at the very least a low fluid sensor inside the meth container. For big gains to be made with these setups, alot of timing and boost have to be added (at least if the turbo is already maxed out) and if the flow stops at all, even for a few seconds, things are going melt! Say goodbye to your motor!

An ideal setup would be to do what Patr4sp did. I will try and find his setup! It takes advantage of the AEM EMS's nitrous map, it has a flow sensor, a low fluid checker and can change timing and fueling on the fly!

I believe the AEM has all of those failsafes, this is the kit my Tuner recommends so I am sure he can set it up with safety in mind

wouldn't the liquid cause potential shock cooling to the turbo itself and possibly destroy it? or is it atomized to the point where it wouldnt matter?

my tuner told me to do it post turbo, but other people have done pre-turbo. With pre-turbo, it needs to be fully atomized or the water droplets will have a sand pounding effect on the turbine wheel.

It's also a good idea to put the nozzle in a bend in the pipe. You want to try and spray down the pipe, not at the wall of it at 90deg to the air flow. A good nozzle creates a very fine mist that floats like steam. Poor atomization is asking for trouble.
