Just becareful with meth and if you use meth make sure your kits seals can handle it. It eats just about anything plastic.
Is that truth cause most kit out there recommend a 50/50 mix with Distill water and meth. and also when doing a nozzles on pre Turbo or SC would the meth mess up the turbo or SC?

I had a kit on my sti and I ran 50/50 h20 and alchy. Just becareful with meth and if you use meth make sure your kits seals can handle it. It eats just about anything plastic. I was able to pick up 40 whp and 45 ft/lbs of torque on a td06-20g sized turbo. My intake temps and my egts both went down while I was ruunning more timing and 3 more psi of boost.

Just buy a kit with a good failsafe. I would also not feel comfortable running a nozzle pre-turbo. I don't really see how it would benefit that much as the vast majority of the high intake temp is cause by the turbo compressing the air. Plus you would really need a nozzle that would atomize the mixture very well.
Well, using pre-turbo and post intercooler jets we picked up 40 hp and 75 lbsft T.
pre-turbo moves the efficiency islands.

You are using a dual nozzles setup right, where you put the 2nd nozzles at?

I'm using 6 nozzles. 4 in the runners, 1 pre-comp and one out of the intercooler.

Without looking at the maps I believe 2 degrees timing and an additional 1.5 lbs boost

what size is the nozzle pre-turbo? to make sure the droplets are small enough to not damage the turbo internals?
