Default Oil catch can

I was just wondering what you FI guys are doing for your pcv setup. I had both my krank vents installed w/ a VTSC setup but after reading a few posts and seeing how some people lose power by keeping the front krank vent in I decided to take mine out. Now obviously im sucking oil through the fron vent into my intake and shooting small amounts of oil out my blow off valve. What are you guys doing for this do you just run an oil catch can for the front vent on the valve cover and a krank vent in the rear one still? This is what i was thinking would be the best solution let me know what i should do.

I get a little oil on the rim of my Godzilla BOV, its always done that before I even fitted krankvents.

So just put a breather coming off the valve cover are there any drawbacks to that? otherwise its probably the easiest and cheapest solution.

Running open breathers is the way to go with boost. And if you don't have to pass emissions, ditch the pcv and go with a bigger vent there as well.

I run a 1/2" heater hose on the front and rear of the valve cover. Both route their way down below the car. You don't have to run any type of breather filter as it will just get gummed up anyway. I have an AP1, so I pulled the stock PCV valve and put in a 1/2" elbow then connected the hose to that.

The only drawback is this setup is not smog friendly.
