Im considering swapping my oil line because im afraid the hood clearence might crimp it so im gonna do an elbow setup and if i cant get an elbow setup to work I will need a diff oil line that already comes with the 90 degree end. My question is if i remove my oil line off my adapter plate on oil filter will oil gush out or will i need to add more oil or what? I have no idea.

there will be some oil but you will only loose whats in the line. if there is no oil pressure it won't shoot out.
