i was looking at the chrome-topped one you linked and don't think it'll work due to width dimensions of the base and top-width. The one with the carbon top may work. Probably going to order that one and try that out. As for the AFE filters, haven't checked, I believe. I've been checking here and there with universal filters and was hard pressed to find one that maximized our small space. I'll look at the aem universal filters too. Since i'm so close to K&N and AEM, i should just ask them if i can drive over there and try out all their filters lol. I doubt they'll let me though

lol. I'm thinking that one that has the carbon one will work, but haven't reached out to aem or k&n due to hectic work loads lately I'll most likely just order it and see how it'll do.

cool customizer. I inputted:

flange diameter: 4
base diameter: 6inches ( might be close if you have precision 46mm gates, it's already close with my 5.3inch base diameter of the K&N ru-2510)
filter height: 5 inches ( might be pushing it)
flange length: 1
top diameter: 4 inches

i like the pro guard 7 because it also has entry at the top of the filter. you able to run your cfm calculator on that one?
