Can you PLEASE tell me where you intend to find the AEM EMS for $1200 new? Cheapest I've found it with UEGO was $1600-$1800. I need one ASAP.
Dude, honestly, I didnt look for it. One day I was crusing the net and bumped into one that was $1299+shipping. You'll find it if you look hard enough. G/L!

SPECIAL-OPS-S2K : great work.

So you re-wire the fusebox to the trunk? thats alot of wire? what size and type of wire are you suing? do you still have a/c?

How much for the wire harness =)

Rotate the engine until the cam gear hash marks line up level with the top of the head indicating that cylinder #1 is at TDC

I ran all the wires in 18 and 14 gauge. They were cut right at the fuse box and half we able to be fished back through the firewall right at that point into the underdash area of the pass side... the other half we routed outside the bay under the pass fender and across the cross member and enter the car on the driverside firewall... from there those cross behind the radio location and meet up with the first half where they all tie into one harness... they run along the pass side door footplate all the way to the trunk. I would say the harness cost $200 or so with all the wire and sleeving. The time it took to figure it all out was another thing!!!
