Question for you; With this kit:

http://www.inlinepro.com/

What else do I need?? Is it only the Engine management that I need? So we are talking $4000 + vafc? + tune? And do I need a 3mm gasket? And is the vafc good enough? Thanks a million.. How much power are we talking here? 350whp 400whp??

VAFC isnt good enough.

With that kit you are still going to need:

AEM EMS
Larger Injectors
3mm HG
70mm or larger exhaust
Solid dyno tune

Those are needed at the very least. Most would also run the following gauges:

Oil Pressure
Oil Temp
Wideband O2
Boost Pressure

And due to the fact that the OEM disc can't handle much in the way of power you would need an upgraded clutch/pressure plate setup as well.

So...

$4000 IP Kit
$1500 AEM
$800 Clutch
$500 Gauges
$350 Injectors
$150 3mm HG
$750 Exhaust
$750 Dyno & Tune

Roughly $9k plus all the little details like hoses and bolts. Its usually safe to budget around $10k to turbo this car... I have spent almost $20k and am just about finished with everything I need. I however am a perfectionist and went with top of the line items across the board. Hope this helps you.

HG for $75 then you must be talking about the Cometic one which has had problems of failing... so watch out on that one. As far as the EMS I was talking about the 1052U with the wideband built in... but you can pick up used 1012s that would suffice for $700-800. The exhaust I suggest is the InlinePRO 3" single turbo exhaust.

Can you PLEASE tell me where you intend to find the AEM EMS for $1200 new? Cheapest I've found it with UEGO was $1600-$1800. I need one ASAP.
