as long as youve got a long runner manifold and not a log you will probably show gains. people use skunk2 pro1 cams on bseries turbo cars all the time and theyve made significant gains as long as theyre using an efficient exhaust manifold
cams have proven nothing against stock cams on the s2000. They were designed extremely well.

Since we're talking about replacing things that work fine, I vote that the OP just take out the F20c engine and just swap in a MS4 cam LS1 while he's at it.
i would do that if i had another s2k and the money, im still making payments on my CR though

I think it's worth a shot. The Toda cams are the ones that I've been looking at. The turbo guys who have tried BC and Skunk have had no significant gains. NA cams do provide you with overlap, which has been shown to increase power in B-series cars. Some cam companies have ditched their turbo cams and solely sell NA cams since they gain more power or equal power than their "turbo cam" counterparts. It's not unusual to see B-series or K-series NA cams to have significant gains from NA cams.

Less boost w/ more power is always a good thing
id like to know the stock ap2 cam specs and compare them to the huge toda cams, even if it didnt make gobs more power, maybe it would just have more grunt midrange, and quicker spool with bigger lobes and longer duration. i would expect something to be imporved. i may be wrong as other companies like skunk2 cams dont do much for these engines. maybe toda may have some insight, and id like to hear their explaination between the three cams.

To get the best gain on a set of cams, most if not all b series guys use adjustable cam gears.

Don't think you are going to slap some cams in and make 50whp+.

What sorta price are we talking w/cams + cam gears?
lookin at 2500 with cams, springs, keep my ap2 retainers, cam gears, heavy duty timing chain and tensioner. im not doing this anytime in the near future. just PONDERING. id hate it to spend that much for little gains when i could do mahle pistons for that much
