not ture. I have been running e85 for years and never have i had this issue and i use run the standard aem wideband. I think this is true for back in the day before e85 was readily available and people had to run leaded high octance race gas.

E85 does not kill 02s any faster than gas will. Yes they will go out eventually, but thats normal. Most time my widebands last 3-4 years and need a new sensor. 50 bucks. Lead gas will kill them quickly though.

My fuel setup, 450 intank, with direct -8 from pump to rail. no bottle necks. Full blown rail, and 1650 FICs -6 Return and flex fuel sender wired into EMS V2.

im already on e85. Aem 320 e85 pump, dw1300 inj, aem fuel rail and aem fpr, with oem return line back to the tank. How come you didnt run the feed from the oem port on the fuel pump housing? Did you just cap off the original port?

Wanted unrestricted flow. It bottlenecks down pretty small. So went -8 all the way.

AP1Chief and Mijae007 those are some clean bays, def have to step my game up lol. Where is everyone mounting the actual ethanol content sensor? i know it goes on the return from the FPR but I would like to have it secure in a nice spot. Was thinking on the firewall where the feed comes up.
