Just saying from having an old domestic car before because the higher the octane the hotter the engine goes?? Or was someone just pulling my chain....
Hotter the engine more likely to burn out your injectors or something if i remember right. Been along time ago when I was trying to put racing fuel in a Grand Am once...lmao.

Octane has nothing to do with heat, higher the octane the harder it is to ignite, thats all it does.

8500 rpm. Yeah that is what Shawn was saying that I could get 400. Iam sure if I went with a test pipe and a good header I could probably squeeze a few more ponies out of her the way it is. I guess I will wait and see what happens.

do you have any headwork done? Are you using a 3mm head gasket? I thought it wasn't safe to run 10psi on a stock block correct me if i'm wrong
